Current Vacancies:  

POSITION : Operations Manager

GIT Australia is one of the leading vocational education and training providers located in Melbourne CBD. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the Institute including Institute’s operation, administration and human resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage day to day operation of the Institute
  • Manage student administration and support services
  • Manage Student Administration & Services
  • Recruitment and management of training and administration staff
  • Monitor and meet compliance requirements and obligations under National Code 2007, ESOS Act and Regulations, AQTF Standards & Guidelines
  • Develop and implement business strategies in association with the CEO

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS :

  • A tertiary qualification in business or other appropriate discipline and relevant experience
  • A successful track record in effectively managing a team and an organisation, preferably in an education environment
  • Knowledge of the AQTF, ESOS Act and legislations, ASQA, NEAS guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under broad direction
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an area of activity, including setting directions, supervising staff, managing performance and resolving grievances
  • Highly developed interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, including staff management and conflict resolution
  • Sound understanding and experience of HR management
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA/TAE) is desirable but not essential
  • Attractive remuneration is based on qualification and experience. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

POSITION : Sales and Marketing Assistant - International Market

GIT Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to assist our Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for our International Market.

Korean, Vietnamese or south American language speaking person is preferable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist Marketing Manager to Develop business and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain  positive networking relationship with our stake holders-Onshore and Offshore.

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS :

  • Sales and marketing experience in the VET education sector.
  • Knowledge of the ESOS Act and regulatory requirements for the international and local education sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of government policies and funding programs
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and keen to succeed
  • Knowledge of international education agency networks and processes
  • Highly developed organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent computer skills

POSITION : Sales and Marketing Assistant- Domestic Market

GIT Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to assist our Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for our Domestic market specially Skill Victoria  Government grant program.

Someone who has specialized with advanced knowledge  in domestic market and knowledge about the Federal and state Government grant program for local students  is required. Someone who has broad knowledge about skill Victoria Funding would be preferable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist Marketing Coordinator to Develop business and marketing strategies
  • Research and source Government grants and funding opportunities
  • Responsible for signing up clients into Govt. funded programs.

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS :

  • Sales and marketing experience in the VET education sector.
  • Knowledge of the ESOS Act and regulatory requirements for the international and local education sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of government policies and funding programs
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and keen to succeed
