Dr Susan Jones is our new Director of Studies
GIT Australia welcomes Dr Susan Jones, who has
been appointed to the position of Director of Studies at GIT Australia.
Dr Jones has extensive experience in both higher
education and vocational areas with specialisation in dual sector multi campus
providers, accreditation requirements, compliance and reporting, legal and
regulatory requirements, governance structures, policies and procedures.
In her new position at GIT Australia, Dr Jones
will take in the responsibility of the strengthening the Institute’s academic
governance and compliance and ensuring the quality in the delivery of its
approved AQTF programs.With her expertise in the accreditation of courses in
both vocational and higher education,
Dr Jones will lead GIT Australia into the next
phase of its growth and in becoming one of the leading private providers of
Australian education.Dr Susan Jones has a doctorate in Medical Science (Clinical
Med) and Bachelor of Education along with several other distinguished
qualifications.
Dr Jones has held senior management and teaching
positions including Faculty Head, course co-ordinator and lecturer in several
health science and complementary medicine subjects at vocational, tertiary and
industry based levels.
